Family Workstation Area

New at the Perry Public Library is a Family Workstation Area. It includes a desktop with attached enclosed area for small children or infants to be safe while a guardian uses the computer. There is also a young learning computer right next to it for preschool or school aged children to use as well.

Fullhart/ Carnegie Trust- Hometown Heritage- Wall of Witness 2025, sculpture relief

2025 addition to the Wall of Witness. Fullhart/Carnegie Trust- Hometown Heritage selects a towns member who has been nominated by community members that has gone above and beyond and given back to the community of Perry. There likeness is sculpted and displayed on the Wall of Witness located in Soumas Court.

Global Roots Mosaic Mural Presentation

The Minburn Betterment Group received funds from the Dallas County Foundation to complete the first Global Roots Mosaic Mural in Iowa.

Waukee Fitness Court- Ridge point park

The City of Waukee put in a free Fitness Court for its residents to use. It all started with a memorial donation from a member of CrossFit Waukee and turned into a full free Fitness Court.
